Doyle Walton, M.D.
Doyle was raised in Bethlehem, PA and attended
Moravian Academy for grades 1-12. He attended Brown
University in Providence, RI where he earned a
degree in Electrical Engineering while also
completing premedical education. He then returned to
Pennsylvania and earned his medical degree from
Hahnemann University School of Medicine. It was
during his internship and residency in Internal
Medicine at Hahnemann where he met his wife Jill, a
registered nurse. They moved to Los Angeles, CA
where Doyle completed cardiology fellowship training
at the University of Southern California (USC)
Medical Center and Los Angeles County Hospitals. He
then went on to complete subspecialty training in
Interventional Cardiology at USC while volunteering
as a faculty member at the County hospital.
Doyle is a board certified interventional
cardiologist who has performed thousands of catheter
based procedures. He has a wide experience in both
coronary interventions as well as renal and lower
extremity arterial catheter-based revascularization
procedures. He routinely treats acute heart attacks
with emergency angioplasty procedures at both
Grandview and Doylestown Hospitals.
When Doyle is not working he enjoys spending time
with his wife, daughter Hollis, son Beck, and their
Chesapeake Bay retriever Tipa. They reside in the
Doylestown Borough and enjoy regular walks in town
and visiting with neighbors. Other passions include
surfing, soccer, skiing, golf, live music, and
travel.
