Before we can email you your test results we must have an email consent signed (requires the Adobe Acrobat Reader). No laboratory, cardiac test results, or prescription renewals will be given via email until the email consent is signed and in our office. Make sure you have read about the risks of using email before signing the consent form.

"We will call prescriptions in to your pharmacy with in 24 hrs after receiving your email or phone call. All prescriptions will be called in to the pharmacy after 5 PM Monday through Friday. Please check your medication stock frequently to avoid urgent refills and refills needed on weekends."

"For patients without a prescription plan we do carry a limited amount of samples in our office. To check on samples you may once again e-mail or call our office 215.257.9500.
